    BH Martial Arts programs for Adults are geared towards total-body workout. Students thirteen and older participate in instructor-led classes to learn basic to advanced skills to defend themselves using their body. Tae Kwon Do techniques involve blocking an attack using their arms and feet. By practicing advanced kicking, punching, blocking and safe falling techniques, students prepare themselves to get out of sticky situations if faced with one. 

       The classes also focus on physical conditioning since that is the basis of any martial arts. The students work together to workout and refine their skills.
